Teby K Kurian is a registered architects with the Council of Architecture, and as the Principal architect of “Teby Kurian Architectural Consultancy”, is guided by a design philosophy that emphasizes co-operative client relations, respect for excellence, and a dedication to enhancing the built environment. The company has its headquarters at Kottayam. Prior to establishing his own practice in the early 2014, Ar. Teby K Kurian worked for reputed architectural firms like the Bharath & Associates and the CRN, in Chennai. He has an experience spanning more than 10 years in architectural design, detailed drawings and execution. He was instrumental in delivering a luxury township project having apartments, villas and row houses of 17 lakhs sqft built up area in a land area of 50 Acres. He has proved his skill in several commercial projects for office space, manufacturing plant and multilevel car parking facilities. Ar. Teby K Kurian holds M.Arch from School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai.
