About the M Concept
Established in the year 2014 in Kozhikode, Kerala as an Architectural and Engineering consultancy firm with an aim of creatively contributing and correcting the built space environment in India. Our team comprises a group of Architects, Project managers, Engineers and designers who have wide exposure to domestic and international markets and have sufficient work experience to carry out any challenges required for any complex projects. Our project locations are spread across various parts of India with a client base that range from individual to corporate. Our specialization is in mixed use developments ranging from Private residential to high end commercial. We associate with various other consultants for specialized services where required including but not limited to Structural design, MEP design, Signage and way finding, Acoustics, Facility management etc. Services to the clients include complete turnkey design from Architectural planning, Interior design, Project management until handover.
